I first found Stephanie online when I was researching insomnia treatments. We corresponded back and forth a couple of times, but initially I decided hold off and pursued other treatments. After several months of frustration and panic, I emailed Stephanie and said that I was ready to start. She saw me that day. I slept 7 hours after my first session! Since then, the negative thought patterns that had been causing turmoil and sleep issues have drastically improved. My sleep went from 3-4 hours per night (with a sleep aid) to 7-8 hours naturally. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner!
